Fire Extinguisher Accessories & Industrial Fire Safety Equipment

Built with proprietary copolymer technology and patented designs, our extinguishers resist corrosion, UV, vibration, and chemicals—cutting replacement costs and passing inspections year after year.

AR Fire Equipment Innovation Inc. is committed to providing fire protection equipment and products of the highest standards order to ensure the preservation of life and property.

Why Industrial Fire Extinguisher Accessories Matter

Fire Extinguisher Protection for Harsh Environments

Fire extinguishers installed in demanding environments face accelerated degradation. Water pools at cylinder bases and causes rust from the bottom up. UV exposure breaks down seals and fades labels. Vibration loosens components on mobile equipment. Industrial by-products like fly ash, oil, and fertilizers attack standard finishes. Wooden enclosures rot, swell, and trap moisture against the equipment they’re meant to protect.

Standard fire extinguisher covers typically use reinforced vinyl or acrylic-coated polyester. Standard brackets use rubber straps or spring clips sized to specific extinguisher diameters. These products are designed primarily for indoor installation and light outdoor use.
AR Fire Equipment products are engineered differently. We developed patented copolymer formulations specifically for fire extinguisher protection. Our designs address the documented failure points we've identified across thousands of field inspections in Western Canada.

Fire Extinguisher
KEY DESIGN FEATURES arrow
Eight drainage channels molded into the Caddy body to route water and runoff away from the cylinder
V-type bracket grip that elevates the extinguisher base off flat surfaces where water collects
7-year UV protection on the Caddy, compared to 5-year ratings on typical covers
Universal bracket sizing that fits 2.5 lb to 30 lb cylinders with a single SKU

Fire Extinguisher Grip Bracket

Universal Mounting Bracket for Vehicles and Equipment

Standard brackets use rubber straps or spring clips sized to specific cylinder diameters, requiring multiple SKUs for different extinguisher sizes. They also use flat mounting bases that allow water to collect underneath the cylinder.

The Grip Bracket uses a patented V-type design with tension hardware that accommodates all cylinder sizes from 2.5 lb to 30 lb with a single bracket. The V-grip elevates the extinguisher base off the mounting surface, eliminating water pooling. The bracket can be mounted in any orientation on walls, vehicles, plant machinery, and equipment cabs.

  • Excavators, wheel loaders, skid steers
  • Highway trucks, service vehicles, fleet vehicles
  • Forklifts, plant equipment, warehouse installations
  • Locomotives, conveyors, material handling systems
  • Available in stainless steel or powder-coated mild steel
  • Dimensions: 14 in. x 7 in.
  • Weight: 1 lb
  • Universal fit: 2.5 to 30 lb cylinders
  • OSHA and NFPA compliant
Quick FAQ:

A universal mounting bracket with a patented tension assembly that grips the extinguisher base at 300 lb. The V-type design elevates the cylinder and bendable fingers secure it in place.

Fire Extinguisher Caddy

Fire Extinguisher Caddy for Industrial & Construction Applications

The Extinguisher Caddy is a complete protection system that replaces wooden job-site enclosures. The patented copolymer body resists rot, UV degradation, and chemical exposure. Eight drainage channels direct water and debris away from the extinguisher rather than allowing it to pool against the cylinder. Each unit includes a matching cover and wall bracket.

The ergonomic top handle is designed for field use, providing a secure grip for transport across uneven terrain or rapid deployment in emergencies.

  • Fits 5 to 30 lb, K-Class, and Pressure Water extinguishers
  • Dimensions: 30 in. x 10 in.
  • Weight: 7 lbs
  • 7-year UV protection
  • Extends extinguisher service life up to 4x in harsh environments
Quick FAQ:

A molded enclosure made from patented copolymer that shields extinguishers from weather, UV, impact, and industrial contaminants. The design includes drainage channels and UV stabilization to prevent the corrosion that causes inspection failures.

 Fire Extinguisher Cover

Heavy-Duty Cover for Outdoor and Industrial Use

Standard extinguisher covers use reinforced vinyl or acrylic-coated polyester with hook-and-loop closures, typically offering one to two years of UV protection. Our cover uses patented 8 mil copolymer construction rated for temperature extremes from -100 C to +100 C. The material resists fly ash, fertilizers, oil, and industrial contaminants that degrade standard covers.

The full-cylinder design encases the entire extinguisher while maintaining gauge visibility and inspection tag access. UV protection is rated for two years, double the typical industry standard.

  • 6 mm or 8 mm patented copolymer construction
  • Temperature range: -100 C to +100 C
  • 2-year UV protection
  • Available sizes: 5 lb, 10 lb, 20/30 lb, K-Class/PW
  • Custom colors and logo printing available
Quick FAQ:

Yes. The cover is durable in all climates and includes 2-year UV protection. It repels rain, snow, wind, and industrial contaminants.
